WHAT IS THE BOOKING POLICY?
It is recommended to book your appointments at least a week in advance. You must be on time for your appointments or it may be subject to cancellation. Late arrivals may result as NO SHOWS which will forfeit deposit and scheduled appointment slot. If you cannot make your appointment as booked, please contact us immediately to reschedule. We accept appointments only no walk-ins. As a small business, we reserve the right to refuse service.
WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT POLICY?
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking in order to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied towards your service’s final balance. No deposit, no appointment.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our booking deposit is non-refundable. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in loss of your deposit altogether and you will be asked to submit a secondary deposit for your next appointment.
I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT, NOW WHAT HAPPENS?
Please contact us immediately if you have missed your appointment. Missed appointments are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Remember, your deposit is non-refundable.
